How do you know if this or that diet will work for you? Are you able to consistently stick to the guidelines? Is the diet properly fueling your body and the activities you want to participate in your daily life?

The scale is a terrible indicator of success. It may be the case you are slowing your metabolism while losing muscle and gaining fat (even though you are losing weight) – this may often be the case. Each body is different and you may not be able to know what will work for you.

With the help of our experienced dietitians, we can track the changes in these numbers over the course of your diet and see whether or not you are on the right track. Here’s what we propose. Come in for an initial visit and get tested and then come back for another visit two months later and we’ll show you the data from the machines and let you know what's happened to your body. These visits will most likely be covered by your insurance.
