Want to check and see if your Diet is working?

 

If you are excited about some particular diet, and are doing it or are going to do it, we can enable you to see whether it’s working or not.

 

The scale is a terrible indicator of success. It may be the case that you are slowing your metabolism while losing muscle and gaining fat (even though you're losing weight) – this happens very often. It may be the case that it's working. Or something else may be happening – each body is different.

 

Come for two sessions, and you'll know. With Metabolic testing and Body Composition Analysis, we can see how your metabolism is performing, i.e., how many calories you are burning vs. how many you should be. Our machines also see how you are burning fat, carbohydrates and protein (how you are using the protein you eat and if you are also burning your muscles, organs and bones). We can also see how much of your body is fat and lean tissue, and whether your diet is affecting your cellular integrity. With the help of our experienced dietitians, we can track the changes in these numbers over the course of your diet and see whether or not you are on the right track. This is a thousand times better than a scale!

 

Here’s what we propose. Come in for an initial visit and get tested and then come back for another visit two months later and we’ll show you the data from the machines and let you know what's happened to your body. These visits will most likely be covered by your insurance.
